What is Hormone Therapy?
During menopause, estrogen levels naturally decline, which can lead to symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings, high cholesterol, and bone loss. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a highly effective treatment that can alleviate these symptoms and protect against cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis. Our doctors specialize in safely prescribing bio-identical HRT, a natural form of HRT, helping you restore your hormone balance and feel your best throughout this transition.
Similarly, we can support patients with hypothyroidism who are unable to tolerate the synthetic drug using natural thyroid hormone replacement therapy, also called natural desiccated thyroid.

What to Expect
We spend a full hour on your first visit, giving you the time to share all your health concerns - we’re here to listen! During the visit, we take a detailed medical history, perform a medical examination, order any necessary blood work, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to your needs.
Your follow up visit is a fantastic opportunity to check-in on your progress, discuss your latest blood work, and make small tweaks to your treatment plan. You can expect a treatment involving hormone replacement therapy to take a couple of weeks before seeing results, or even sooner in some cases.
Depending on your health progress, we may agree on additional follow up visits to continue optimizing your treatment plan and provide professional coaching along the way. We can also address other health concerns you may have during your follow up visits.
